APPLICATION:

The program provides a framework where composers create, refine and present their compositions through a long-term collaboration with the ensemble, while performers form an ensemble with fellow participants to refine their practice, specialize in new music performance and gain hands-on experience working with a variety of contemporary scores.

Together they rehearse and premiere the compositions written for the ensemble by participating composers. Additionally participants engage in regular discussion, fostering critical reflection and analysis as integral components of the creative process.
